                         Why do you think so?

                                                              FOOD

All of us need food to stay alive and grow. Food gives us energy to carry out all
the body functions and other activities of life. Our brain uses this energy to think,

learn, understand, recall information and control the functions of other body
organs. Our brain functions even while we are asleep. We cannot do anything

               properly without energy.
Observe the food pyramid and write the names of foods from each group in
               your notebook.
