Measurement of Mass (Weight)
In Class 1, we used some non-standard units such as marbles, pebbles,
etc., to weigh different objects. Here we will learn standard units of
weights.
The gram and the kilogram are standard units of weight.
Gram
We use grams to weigh lighter objects. In the short form, gram is
written as g. A gram is a smaller unit of mass (weight).
