Warm Up

Draw a line from the vehicle to the road to show the suitable
vehicle to run on this road.

Imagine, you live in Punjab and one of your

friends lives in Goa. He/She has invited you
to visit him/her in Goa. You are also ready

to visit Goa. How will you go to Goa from
Punjab? You will definitely take an aeroplane

or a train.
We can use bicycles, rickshaws, tongas, carts,

scooters, cars, buses, trains, aeroplanes or ships
to go to different places. We cannot use the

same means of transport to go to all places.
Some means of transport can move on land, some in air and some on

water. There are three means of transport. These are the land transport,
