Mumbai, earlier called Bombay, is one of the four metro cities in India.
Mumbai is the capital of Maharashtra. Mumbai is the financial and

commercial capital of India.

Mumbai is situated on the western coast of India, facing the Arabian Sea.

fishing islands. The British developed this

city as an import seaport.
