Try to answer the following questions.

1. How many days are there from 9th February to 20th February?

2. Aman’s birthday is on 11th February and Komal’s birthday is on 18th

March. After how many days does Komal celebrate her birthday from
Aman's birthday?

3. Write the date of the day 8 days before 27th March 2024.

Solution:

1. Required number of days = 20 – 8 = 12 days

2. Number of days in February = 29 – 11 = 18 days

Number of days in March = 18

Thus, Komal celebrates her birthday after 18 + 18 = 36 days from the

birthday of Aman.

3. As 27 – 8 = 19, required date is 19th March 2024.
