Eid

People celebrate Eid by offering prayers in

a mosque. They serve a special sweet dish

called sewain to their friends and relatives.

Onam

We celebrate Onam

for ten days. We

decorate our house with floral designs.
We wear new clothes and eat a sweet

dish called payasam.

Remember

 Festivals are a time of fun and joy.

 Republic Day, Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanti are
our national festivals.

 Diwali, Gurpurabs, Christmas and Eid are some religious
festivals.
