Rules of the Game:

Each student takes a paper, a pencil and 5 counters of the same

colour with him/her before start of the game.

                    1. One student rolls a dice and observes the number that faces

up. The number rolled by a student is the amount of money
earned by him. Let the student roll number be 2. That means,

                        he earns `2.

                    2. Then, the student observes if

he has enough money to buy
any item in the given catalogue.
As he has only `2, so he notes

down his amount and gives the `5 `12

                        turn to his friend.

                    3. Now, his friend rolls the dice.
                        Suppose, he rolls the number

6 that means he earned `6.
                                                                                `18 `15
                        So, his friend has sufficient
money to buy either a pen for

`5 or a sharpener for `4. If he
buys a sharpener, he puts his

one counter on the sharpeners `10 `20
                        image and subtracts its cost

                        from his earning.

                        That means `6 – `4 = `2

                    4. Again, the first student takes
                                                                                 `4 `16
                        the turn and increases his
earning. If he is able to earn

                        enough, he buys a thing.

                    5. Continue this process till all the items are bought. Finally, each

student adds his balance to the cost of the items he bought and
                        compares who earned more.
