Summer

Weather changes in a xed cycle throughout the year. e

changes in weather are called seasons. e main seasons are Spring Rainy

e summer season is hot and dry. We sweat a lot in this season. Our body loses
water and salts during sweating. We should drink plenty of
water in this season. We take fruits like watermelon, muskmelon

and cucumber in summer because they have lots of water
in them. We should wear light-coloured cotton clothes in

summer because they absorb sweat and keep us cool.
It is very hot in
Rainy season summer season.

e rainy season comes a er the summer season. Air has too much moisture in

this season. So it becomes hot and humid. e sweat does not dry out and we feel

very sticky. Heavy rains make life uneasy. We protect ourselves from rain by using

umbrellas and raincoats. We wear light and easy to dry clothes during this season.
