“I am Manav. How did you fall?”
“Oh! I slipped on the grass. I am sorry your hands are dirty
now.”
“That is all right. Come, let us have lunch together, Sonu.”
Manav smiles at him. Sonu looks at his lunch box. It was on
the grass and the biscuits near it. He says, “But I cannot eat
them now.”
Manav holds his hand, “Please come and share my lunch. Let
us sit together and eat.”
Sonu looks sad. He says, “My mother is have lunch eat lunch
sick. So, I got biscuits for lunch.” share have a portion

“Do not worry, Sonu.” cookies small, flat,
sweet food made from
“We are best friends now, Manav.” Sonu flour and sugar
smiles at Manav. “Sure.

They sit together and
eat food.
“The bread and
chutney taste very
good, Manav.”
“Thank you, Sonu.”
Sonu looks at Manav,
“My mother makes
very good cookies.
