They make us look smart.
They cover our body.
They protect us from heat, cold, rain and dust.
They also protect us from insect bites.
We wear different types of clothes at different times.
It is hot in summer. We wear cotton
clothes in summer. These clothes
keep us cool.
It rains in the rainy season. We wear
a raincoat when we go out in the
rain. We also take an umbrella on a
rainy day. The raincoat and umbrella
protect us from rain.
It is very cold in the winter season.
We wear woollen clothes in winter.
These clothes keep us warm.
