Subtraction Property of Zero • Logical Reasoning

4 people were waiting at a bus stop.

Bus does not come.

So no one gets into the bus.

How many people are on the bus

stop now?

4 – 0 = 4

Zero means nothing.

When we subtract zero from a number we subtract nothing from that
number.

So the number remains same.

Number – 0 = same number.

1 – 0 = 6 – 0 =

2 – 0 = 7 – 0 =

3 – 0 = 8 – 0 =

4 – 0 = 9 – 0 =

5 – 0 =

0 – 0 = 0. If nothing is subtracted from nothing we get nothing.

0 – 0 = 0 – = 0 – 0 = 0
