which gives 12% simple interest yearly. If he received
`6200 in total after 2 years, find the deposited money.

Solution: Given, R = 12%, T = 2 years and A = `6200

Let the principal be `100.

`100 ×12× 2
So, interest (for `100) = = `24

Therefore, Amount = `100 + `24 = `124

When the amount is `124, the principal is `100.
