Things needed

 White chart paper (half sheet)  Black chart paper (a quarter of a sheet)

 Fevicol  Red satin ribbon  Scissors  Black sketch pen/pencil

 Cotton wool  Red sketch pen

Draw an oval shape on the chart paper Stick pieces of cotton wool all over it
and cut it out. using Fevicol, as shown.
